1. How long does it take?
On average, clients use our service for nine months before they
feel they have achieved their desired results. Cleaning your credit
reports may take more or less time depending on the nature of your
case, the number of negative items on your reports, your participation
in getting credit reports to us, and the level of credit bureau
cooperation.
Please note that we will generally not dispute all negative items
simultaneously. Doing so would allow the credit bureaus to exploit
loopholes in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (see FCRA for more information).
One such loophole allows the credit bureaus to deem a dispute letter
"frivolous or irrelevant", effectively giving them the
right to ignore the request and stall the dispute process indefinitely.
Our expert knowledge in how to draft dispute letters that can pass
the credit bureaus' screening process is just one of the many competitive
advantages we maintain. Get

2. How does it work?
After enrolling in our service you will mail to us current copies
of your credit reports, indicating which items you consider inaccurate,
misleading, or unverifiable. CreditTrain.com will dispute those
items.
Once the credit bureaus have processed your first round of disputes,
they will send you updated copies of your credit reports. Simply
forward the updated reports to us and include any other correspondence
you receive from them.
Whenever we receive your updated reports, we will document the
progress and initiate the next round of disputes, thus gradually
working through the entire list of negative items on your credit
reports.
Please note that we will generally not dispute all negative items
simultaneously. Doing so would allow the credit bureaus to exploit
loopholes in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (see FCRA for more information).

3. Can I pay per dispute?
It would end up costing you more.
Some organizations charge per-dispute. To the unsuspecting consumer,
this seems like the least expensive approach. However, in studying
this model we have found that the cost to the consumer is in fact
higher than our flat monthly rate.
Here is why.
Per-dispute services typically advertise a fixed rate such as $9.95
per dispute. What most consumers do not realize, however, is that
this fee applies only to a single dispute on a single credit report.
The actual fee the consumer will be charged for each dispute is
at least three times that amount, or $29.85 in the example above:
$9.95 x 3 credit reports (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian).
And that is assuming an item is removed after the first dispute—which
is often not the case. Credit bureaus are huge bureaucratic entities.
As such, it is not uncommon to have to dispute the same item more
than once with each bureau. Per-dispute services would charge you
for each re-dispute, and those charges would add up quickly.
Obviously, $29.85 per dispute is not nearly as enticing a price
to advertise as is $9.95. Which is why per-dispute services refrain
from discussing these details in their marketing materials.
Most shocking, however, is the fact that some companies actually
charge consumers for 3 disputes (one per credit report) even when
the item being disputed did not appear on all three reports!
In the final analysis, CreditTrain.com feels it is in the interest
of its clients to charge a simple flat monthly rate rather than
a per-dispute fee. With CreditTrain.com, you get unlimited disputes. Get

4. What happens after I enroll?
After enrolling in our service, we will need current copies of
your credit reports. 3-in-1 reports can be obtained online for a
fee from a number of credit report services. Simply print and mail
these to us, indicating which items you wish disputed.
Alternatively, you can request copies directly from the credit
bureaus, although this can sometimes delay the process depending
on the credit bureau's response time.
In the meantime, CreditTrain.com will perform the most expensive
portion of your retainer — your case setup. This includes
all welcome/orientation communication, marketing expenses, data
input and verification, payment setup, case assignment to a paralegal
and an initial review by the attorney.
Each month you will receive an itemized invoice outlining work
performed the previous month, along with an attorney review of your
case. Get

Yes.
If you are unhappy with the results of our service after having

of your account. We will calculate the total value of all successfully

total amount you have paid us. If what you paid exceeds the value
